  • Adam Desmonde

    Managing Director - BSc, MSc

    Adam brings outstanding knowledge and innovative technical support to each project team. He has never lost enthusiasm for the challenge each new project brings. He maintains a close awareness of new technologies in the built environment.

  • Philip Desmonde

    Consultant - FISTructE

    Fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers with a career history ranging from £80m structures to small house extensions

  • Neil Dolley

    Senior Technologist / Principal Assistant - BA Hons, MCIAT

    Neil has worked across a broad variety of project sectors from inception through to completion, ranging in budget from £70,000 – £5.0m, with extensive experience in the Residential Sector and has a broad level of experience in the Commercial, Leisure and Healthcare sectors. Neil specialises in Conservation, Sustainable Design and Passivhaus.

  • Sam Baggott

    Assistant Structural Engineer - BEng(Hons), MSc

    Sam graduated from the University of Salford, completing a degree in Structural Engineering. He is now pursuing chartership with the Institution of Structural Engineers.

  • Ethan Allen

    Junior Architectural Technician

    Ethan Allen graduated from Truro & Penwith College after studying T-Level construction in design, planning and surveying. Ethan has recently accepted a placement to study Architecture at the University of Plymouth.
